Sirloin in cream


600 g beef (sirloin)
50 g smoked bacon,
Salt, pepper,
50 g of sunflower oil TRIANA
2 carrots, 2 parsley, 1 small celery, 2 onions,
10 grains of pepper, bouillon cubes out,
40 g plain flour,
1/4 sour cream, lemon juice or vinegar




Ako na to:

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into strips; add chopped bacon, salt and pepper in a saucepan with sunflower oil TRIANA and fry both sides.
  2. Then add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, fry for a long until vegetables turn red.
  3. Add the pepper, pour broth and bake in the oven covered. During cooking the meat baste it occasionally.
