Kebab in hand


2 pcs Tortilla
300 g turkey meat
1 PL Gyros spice
2 pcs tomatoes
1 large onion or 2 small
Quarter red cabbage
3 tablespoons sunflower oil TRIANA
Green salad



Garlic Sauce:

5 tablespoons plain yogurt
5 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of spice
1 clove of garlic
Small handful of chopped fresh dill

How to do it:

  1. Wash turkey fillet and pat dry. Cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons sunflower oil TRIANA and spice to gyros. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl put yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Mix all, and then add the dill sauce.
  3. Put the meat in a hot pan, mixing for about 10 minutes to stir-fry.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces, peel the onions and cut into thin slices - rings. Cut also the cabbage into strips.
  5. Heat the tortillas and arranged the cabbage, tomatoes, onions, roasted meat.
  6. Pour garlic sauce and wrap in aluminum foil.
